We are so excited to be in our 27th season of production with our on-site natural herb and produce gardens. Our three gardens total 7,000 sq ft. and are located right outside our back door. We have planted more than 90 items including several varieties of tomatoes and peppers, yellow and spaghetti squash, beets (golden, Chioggia and Detroit dark red), eggplant, yellow, green and purple beans, zucchini, pumpkins, arugula, rainbow chard, Swiss chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, herbs, edible flowers and so much more. Plus, we have mulberry, plum, apple and pear trees on our property as well! This week we are harvesting Swiss and rainbow chard, kale, mixed greens, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, borage, and all of our herbs. Look for our garden fresh ingredients throughout all of our menus and check back for harvest updates!

Greenbriar Inn Farm has now added chickens! Our lovely hens are raised off-site by The Greenbriar Inn owners, Phil and Emma. They are naturally raised with organic feed, produce and herb scraps from the restaurant, treats and lots of love. Our fresh eggs will be used in select Sunday brunch dishes when available.
