Our newest addition, The Cabin at The Greenbriar Inn is complete! This newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin on our property was originally built around 1873 as 2 separate cabins with stones handpicked from our land for the gold and silver miners working up the canyon. The rustic 1 room cabins also housed members of the community of Altona (the original town that The Greenbriar Inn is located in), travelers moving through the area, and was even rented to firefighters in the early 1900’s. In the 1970’s the cabins were combined into one house and continued to be used as a rental.

We have kept the original footprint of the cabin, restored the original stone walls and given the inside a complete makeover with top-of-the-line appliances and materials. Including a full kitchen, 3/4 bath, cozy bedroom, living space and French doors leading to a private patio with mountain views, The Cabin at The Greenbriar Inn is now available to rent as a bridal suite or for overnight stays.
