Peach Cardinale is a delightful summer dessert flambéed tableside with fresh peaches, Vermont maple syrup and orange liqueur, served over vanilla ice cream. We think that it's best when made with local Palisade peaches grown in Colorado! Peach Cardinale was one of four tableside desserts offered on The Greenbriar Inn's first menu in 1967.
