We are so excited to be in our 27th season of production with our on-site natural herb and produce gardens! Our three gardens total 7,000 sq ft. and are located right outside our back door. Each year, we plant around 100 items including several varieties of tomatoes and peppers, yellow and spaghetti squash, beets (golden, Chioggia and Detroit dark red), eggplant, yellow, green and purple beans, zucchini, pumpkins, arugula, rainbow chard, Swiss chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, watermelon, cantaloupe, blackberries, raspberries, currants, gooseberries, herbs, edible flowers and so much more. Plus, we have mulberry, wild plum, apple and pear trees on our property as well! Our garden is flourishing and we are harvesting rhubarb, spinach, kale, Swiss and rainbow chard, baby romaine and red leaf lettuces, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, baby beets, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, nasturtiums, chives, parsley, cilantro, lavender, mint and all of our herbs including thyme, basil, rosemary, and marjoram. More of our tomato varietals, peppers, and raspberries are almost ready! Check back for continued harvest updates and look for these fresh garden items in all of our menus!
Voted “Best Farm to Table Restaurant” in Boulder County in 2022, 2023, 2024, and runner-up for 2025 by readers in the Daily Camera Boulder County Gold poll, we are proud to use our garden-fresh ingredients throughout all of our menus.
