We are Open!

We are excited to be open again for dinner Wednesday - Sunday, seating from 5-9pm and for a plated a la carte Sunday brunch from 10am - 1pm! Due to the limited capacity allowed inside and to ensure that you get your favorite patio table, please make reservations. Our dining rooms are very spacious, allowing for ample room between tables and we have opened two outdoor patios. Masks are required upon arrival and when you are not seated at your table and we are taking all of the necessary and recommended COVID-19 precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for you and our staff. These precautions include:  daily temperature checks for our staff when they arrive, mask wearing by all staff, single use dinner, brunch and cocktail menus (wine lists are sanitized daily and between uses), utilizing napkin roll-ups, hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant, sanitizing patio tables between seatings, changing tablecloths in the dining room between seatings (as always), sanitizing bathrooms every hour, and cleaning and sanitizing all other common surface areas multiple times during each shift. Greenbriar Garden Dinners

Don't miss our Greenbriar Garden Tasting dinner series! Join us each week for a special five-course tasting menu showcasing the weekly fresh harvest from our on-site produce and herb gardens. Special Concert on the Lawn

Join us on Sunday, October 4, 2020 for an amazing one of a kind socially distanced culinary and music experience from 11E1even Group’s Dine From Out There featuring Greensky Bluegrass’ phoffman (Paul Hoffman) and Pianist Holly Bowling (Ghost Light). While these artists frequently collaborate with their respective acts, this will be the first performance as a duo for two sets. The event will take place on our historic lawn and includes a four course gourmet meal and wine pairings from Michelin star chef Merlin Verrier and Benny and Zoid Selections. Profits from the event will go towards benefitting Save Our Stages and Independent Restaurant Coalition. 

Dine From Out There has been presenting one of a kind socially distanced events bringing together the top chefs, restaurants, mixologists and musicians to add the much needed support during these unprecedented times. Thus far, all 14 events have sold out and have included music from Big Gigantic, JoJo Hermann (Widespread Panic), Bill Nershi and Keith Moseley (String Cheese Incident), members of The Infamous Stringdusters, Vince Herman (Leftover Salmon), Kitchen Dwellers and many more all accompanied by Colorado’s top chefs and restaurants.

To-Go" and Picnics

All of our menu items are available to-go, including wine, beer and cocktails! Call us Wednesday-Sunday any time after 1pm to place your dinner order for pick up as early as 5:15pm or for Sunday brunch, call after 10am and let us know when you will arrive. Take your order home or bring your blanket and chairs and enjoy your food picnic-style on our grounds. Our pond and waterfall area as well as the lawn by the cabin are excellent places to relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the sunset. Please take care to social distance from other groups and clean up your space when you are finished. Dogs on a leash are welcome!

Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence 2020

We are excited to announce that we have, once again, received the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator! This is the 20th consecutive year we have been given this award and are proud to be recognized for our amazing wine list. Best of Award Winner's wine lists "display excellent breadth across multiple wine growing regions and/or significant vertical depth of top producers, along with superior presentation. Greenbriar Garden Update

We are thrilled to be in our 24th season of production with our on-site natural herb and produce gardens. Our three gardens total 7,000 sq ft. and are located right outside our back door. We planted more than 90 items this year including several varieties of tomatoes and peppers, yellow and spaghetti squash, beets (golden, Chioggia and Detroit dark red), eggplant, yellow, green and purple beans, zucchini, pumpkins, arugula, rainbow chard, Swiss chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, herbs, edible flowers and so much more. We are currently harvesting rainbow chard, radicchio, kale, zucchini, squash blossoms and squash, broccoli, eggplant, radishes, carrots, horseradish, nasturtiums, all of our herbs, so many tomatoes, and more! Stay tuned for more garden harvest updates and look for our fresh items throughout all of our menus!

Thanksgiving Eve

Make your reservations now for Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday, November 25, 2020! The night before Thanksgiving Day we will be offering a featured Thanksgiving turkey entrée for $32 as well as pecan, pumpkin and apple pie for $7. Have your turkey early and beat the crowds or indulge in two days of turkey because it's that good! Our regular seasonal dinner and dessert menus will also be available.

Thanksgiving Day

Join us on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2020 for one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Our traditional Chef carved turkey dinner buffet is $65 per person ($30 for children from age 3 to age 12), and includes all the fixins' as well as shrimp cocktail, artisan cheeses and charcuterie, soups, salads, Chef carved prime rib, cedar plank roasted whole salmon and festive pies and desserts. Seatings are from 11:30am to 7pm and reservations are required.

Holiday Celebrations

The Greenbriar Inn is a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays! We are now booking holiday parties of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate party of 10 or a grand event of 200, we'll help you celebrate in style. Christmas Eve

Join us on Thursday, December 24, 2020 for a delicious Christmas Eve feast. Our dinner buffet will be $75 per person ($35 for children age 3 to age 12) with seatings from 4pm to 8pm and will feature an amazing selection of holiday dinner and dessert selections. New Year's Eve

Celebrate the end of 2020 and toast the beginning of a new year at The Greenbriar on New Year's Eve, December 31st! We will be offering a spectacular multi-course New Year's Eve tasting dinner from 5:30pm-10pm. This prix fixe dinner menu will include your choice of innovative and delicious menu selections allowing you to create your own tasting menu. Champagne or sparkling cider are also included. Happy New Year!

New Year's Day

Ring in the new year on New Year's Day with our famous champagne buffet brunch. We will be serving a special brunch on Friday, January 1, 2021 to celebrate and will be seating from 10am to 2pm. Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $59 per person or choose just the buffet for $49 per person ($21 for children ages 3 to 12). In addition to the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch items, a large selection of decadent desserts as well as Silver Canyon coffee, hot teas and house brewed iced tea are included. Valentine's Weekend

Celebrate love on Valentine’s Weekend and enjoy a romantic dinner or brunch with your special someone at The Greenbriar Inn. Join us for a multi-course prix fixe dinner on Saturday, February 13th and on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2021 from 5pm to 9:30pm or for a special Valentine's Day champagne buffet brunch on Sunday the 14th from 10am to 1pm. Valentine's cocktails and wine features will be available all weekend and brunch will feature sparkling rose and decadent Valentine's desserts. Make your reservations today!

Easter Sunday Brunch

Join us on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 for our Easter brunch buffet. Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $59 per person or choose just the buffet for $49 per person ($21 for children ages 3 to 12). In addition to the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch items, a large selection of decadent desserts as well as Silver Canyon coffee, hot teas and house brewed iced tea are included. We are extending our brunch hours on Easter Sunday and will be seating from 10am to 4pm. We will be closed for dinner.

University of Colorado-Boulder Graduation Weekend 2021

Congratulations! The Greenbriar is an excellent place to celebrate this special and memorable event. Since this is a busy time and space does become limited, we suggest that you book your reservations as early as possible. We are accepting reservations for dinner on Thursday, May 6th from 5:30pm-9pm, Friday, May 7th and Saturday, May 8th from 5pm-9:30pm and on Sunday, May 9th for brunch from 10am-4pm. To reserve a private luncheon or dinner party for 15 or more guests call us for details.

Mother's Day

We will be serving brunch all day on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 9, 2021! Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $59 per person or choose just the buffet for $49 per person ($21 for children ages 3 to 12).
