We Are Open!
We are OPEN for dinner Wednesday-Sunday 5-9pm and for brunch on Sunday from 10am-1pm. Dining will be inside in our spacious dining rooms, in the bar and outside on the patios (weather permitting) and all COVID-19 protocols will be in place (see below). Reservations are greatly appreciated due to the limited capacity requirements and so that we can staff accordingly. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Our dining rooms are very spacious, allowing for ample room between tables and we have opened two outdoor patios. Masks are required upon arrival and when you are not seated at your table and we are taking all of the necessary and recommended COVID-19 precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for you and our staff. These precautions include: daily temperature checks for our staff when they arrive, mask wearing by all staff, single use dinner, brunch and cocktail menus (wine lists are sanitized daily and between uses), utilizing napkin roll-ups, hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant, sanitizing patio tables between seatings, changing tablecloths in the dining room between seatings (as always), sanitizing bathrooms every hour, and cleaning and sanitizing all other common surface areas multiple times during each shift. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about any of our processes or have any special requests or needs.
"To-Go" and Picnics
All of our menu items are available to-go, including wine, beer and cocktails! Call us Wednesday-Sunday any time after 1pm to place your dinner order for pick up as early as 5:15pm or for Sunday brunch, call after 10am and let us know when you will arrive. Take your order home or bring your blanket and chairs and enjoy your food picnic-style on our grounds. Our pond and waterfall area as well as the lawn by the cabin are excellent places to relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the sunset. Please take care to social distance from other groups and clean up your space when you are finished. Dogs on a leash are welcome!

Greenbriar Inn Farm Tasting Dinners
Don't miss our Greenbriar Inn Farm Seasonal Tasting dinners! Enjoy a special five-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings featuring the freshest ingredients from our on-site herb and produce gardens. The menu will change multiple times during the season and will be available each night, in addition to our regular classic dinner, bistro, and dessert menus. Reservations are appreciated!

Greenbriar Inn Farm Update
We are thrilled to have completed our 24th season of production with our on-site natural herb and produce gardens. Our three gardens total 7,000 sq ft. and are located right outside our back door. We planted more than 90 items last year including several varieties of tomatoes and peppers, yellow and spaghetti squash, beets (golden, Chioggia and Detroit dark red), eggplant, yellow, green and purple beans, zucchini, pumpkins, arugula, rainbow chard, Swiss chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, herbs, edible flowers and so much more. We finished the season strong, harvesting rainbow chard, radicchio, kale, zucchini, squash blossoms and squash, broccoli, eggplant, radishes, carrots, horseradish, nasturtiums, all of our herbs, and so many tomatoes until the snow in late October. Our garden is now being planted for our 25th season and the planting will be completed by the third week in May. We are already harvesting sorrel, chives, spring onions and rhubarb and can't wait for everything to start growing. Look for our garden items throughout our menus and check back for updates!
Greenbriar Inn Farm has now added chickens and bees! Our lovely hens are raised off-site by The Greenbriar Inn owners, Phil and Emma. They are naturally raised with organic feed, produce and herb scraps from the restaurant, treats and lots of love. Fresh eggs will be available to purchase at the restaurant whenever we have them and will also be used in some of our Sunday brunch dishes.
Our bees have recently arrived and are set up in our lower field. Stay tuned for more about them and look for fresh honey on our menus in the future!
Make your reservations now for Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday, November 24, 2021! The night before Thanksgiving Day we will be offering a featured Thanksgiving turkey entrée for $32 ($20 for a children's plate) as well as slices of pecan, pumpkin and apple pie for $8-10. Have your turkey early and beat the crowds or indulge in two days of turkey because it's that good! A limited selection of our regular seasonal dinner and dessert menus will also be available.
Join us on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25, 2021 for one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Our delicious traditional turkey dinner will be $32 ($20 for a children's plate) and comes complete with all the fixins'! A festive selection of our seasonal dinner menu and special holiday pies and desserts will also be offered. Seatings are from 11:30am to 7pm and reservations are required.
The Greenbriar Inn is a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays! We are now booking holiday parties of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate party of 10 or a grand event of 200, we'll help you celebrate in style. Our dinner buffet will be $75 per person ($35 for children age 3 to age 12) with seatings from 4pm to 8pm and will feature an amazing selection of holiday dinner and dessert selections. New Year's Eve
Celebrate the end of 2021 and toast the beginning of a new year at The Greenbriar Inn on New Year's Eve, December 31st! We will be offering a spectacular multi-course New Year's Eve tasting dinner from 5:30pm-10pm. This prix fixe dinner menu will include your choice of innovative and delicious menu selections allowing you to create your own tasting menu. Champagne or sparkling cider are also included. Happy New Year!
New Year's Day
Ring in the new year on New Year's Day with our fabulous champagne brunch. We will be serving a special brunch on January 1, 2022 to celebrate and will be seating from 10am to 2pm. Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $59 per person or choose just the buffet for $49 per person ($21 for children ages 3 to 12). In addition to the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch items, a large selection of decadent desserts as well as Silver Canyon coffee, hot teas and house brewed iced tea are included.
Celebrate love on Valentine’s Weekend and enjoy a romantic dinner with your special someone at The Greenbriar Inn! Join us for a multi-course prix fixe dinner on Monday, February 14th or for our seasonal dinner menus on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 11th-13th. Valentine's cocktails, wine features and special Valentine's desserts will be available all weekend and Sunday brunch on February 13th will also feature strawberry mimosas and sparkling rose. Seatings for dinner are from 5-9pm and 10am-2pm for Sunday brunch and reservations are required!
Easter Sunday Brunch
Join us on Easter Sunday, April 19, 2022 for a delicious Easter brunch! Enjoy our award-winning brunch menu featuring Easter entrée specials and desserts, mimosas, bellinis, unlimited champagne, and Bloody Mary cocktails. Reservations are required and brunch hours will be extended with seatings from 10am-4pm. We will only be offering in-house seating on Easter and no to-go orders will be available.

University of Colorado-Boulder Graduation Weekend 2022
Congratulations! The Greenbriar is an excellent place to celebrate this special and memorable event. Since this is a busy time and space does become limited, we suggest that you book your reservations as early as possible. We are accepting reservations for dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday May 5-7th from 5pm-9pm and on Sunday, May 9th for brunch from 10am-2pm and dinner from 5-8:30pm. To reserve a private luncheon or dinner party for 15 or more guests call us for details.
