Open Cellar Night
Every Wednesday we'll be rolling out the barrel for "Open Cellar Night". All bottles in our award winning wine cellar will be 20% off and glass and half glass tastings of specially selected premium wines will be offered. Enjoy your wine with selections from our wonderfully valued Prix Fixe Dinner Menu and finish the evening with a tour of our wine cellar.
LYBSA Fundraiser Dinner
Help us support the Lyons Youth Baseball & Softball Association (LYBSA) by joining us for a fundraiser on
Friday, February 24th. Enjoy a
three course tasting menu for $35 per person (excluding tax & gratuity) and The Greenbriar will donate 25% of your total bill to the LYBSA. Show your community support, have a great meal, and promote their playing of our "great American pastime". Reservations are encouraged.
Our regular Seasonal Dinner Menu will also be available.
Denver Restaurant Week

February 25th through March 9th, enjoy a
delicious three-course tasting menu for $52.80 per couple (excluding tax and gratuity). In addition to the prix fixe menu, optional wine flights and cocktail specials will be available for a supplemental charge. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience everything the Greenbriar has to offer.
Easter Sunday
Make your reservations now for our Easter Brunch. We will be serving brunch on Easter Sunday,
April 8, 2012 from 10am to 2:30pm. The Champagne Buffet Brunch is $35 per person which includes unlimited champagne and sparkling cider. The Buffet Brunch only is $28 per person. Children ages 3 to 10 are $14. We will also be serving an Easter dinner beginning at 5:30pm. For dinner we will be featuring our regular a la carte menu as well as some great Easter specials. Make reservations soon, we are filling up fast.
CU Graduation Weekend
Congratulations! The Greenbriar is an excellent place to celebrate this special and memorable event. Since this is a busy time and space does become limited, we suggest that you book your reservations as early as possible. We will be accepting reservations between 5:30pm and 9:30pm for dinner.
Mother's Day
We will be serving both brunch and dinner on Mother's Day, Sunday,
May 13, 2012. Brunch will be served from 10am to 2:30pm. The Champagne Buffet Brunch is $35 per person which includes unlimited champagne and sparkling cider. The Buffet Brunch only is $28 per person. Children ages 3 to 10 are $14. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm, and will feature our seasonal a la carte dinner menu, as well as Mother's Day specials. Thanksgiving
Join us for one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Our traditional turkey dinner is $25 ($13 for children 10 and under), comes complete with all the fixins’ and includes second helpings. A festive selection of our seasonal dinner menu and holiday desserts will also be available. Seatings are from 11:30am to 8pm.

Whether it’s an intimate party of 10 or a grand event of 200, we'll help you celebrate in style.
